| No Purchase Necessary, Void where prohibited Contest runs from May 29th, 2008 through September 25th, 2008. Tickets valid only for the 2008 racing season. Tickets have no actual cash value, tickets may not be redeemed for cash. Tickets may not be upgraded for Special Events or Pit Passes. Tickets are good only for Regular Schedule Events, not valid for Special Events. Please visit www.i25speedway.com for schedule and listing of Special Event races. Tickets may be used anytime during the 2008 season with the exception of Special Event race nights. Tickets become invalid after the 2008 race season is completed. Winners are responsible for picking up their tickets at the following locations: Winners of the KOAA I-25 Speedway Ticket Giveaway may pick up their tickets at the I-25 Speedway Main Ticket Office On Saturdays between 3pm and when the track closes that night, except for the weekends of August 23rd, 2008 and August 30th, 2008 when the track will be closed to observe the Colorado State Fair. I-25 Speedway 400 Gobatti Place Pueblo, Co 81008 (Exit 108 east of I-25) Winners of the KKFM/KATC I-25 Speedway Ticket Giveaway may pick up their tickets at the Citadel Broadcast Group Headquarters, during normal business hours, located at: The Citadel Broadcast Group 6805 Corporate Drive Colorado Springs, CO 80919 or at the remote live location where tickets are being awarded KOAA I-25 Speedway Ticket Giveaway Rules Contestants may enter once per day. No age restrictions. Winner will be drawn every Thursday with the exception of Special Event Weekends and during the Colorado State Fair Break. Winners will be notified via email and or telephone. Winner must present a valid ID (drivers license, military ID) to the general admissions gate to pick up tickets. In such cases that a minor has won the contest the parent or legal guardian must pick up the tickets and assume responsibility for the tickets. KKFM/KATC I-25 Speedway Ticket Giveaway Rules Contestants will abide by the rule established by KKFM/KATC radio and the Citadel Broadcast Group in conjunction with White Brothers Motorsports, LLC and Midknight Video Productions, LLC. The Ticket Giveaway will be managed by KKFM/KATC radio. Winners must pick up their tickets from the Citadel Broadcast Group. Winners will not be able to pick up substitute tickets at the I-25 Speedway General Admissions Ticket Office. Winners may only win once during the 2008 season. Winners voluntarily assume all risks and dangers and are bound by the Release of Liability on the back of each ticket. Loss of tickets once they have been picked up is not the responsibility of the I-25 Speedway, KOAA-TV, KKFM, or KATC, and replacement tickets will not be issued. Winners of any of the contests authorize White Brothers Motorsports, Midknight Video Productions, Envision Designz, KKFM Radio, KATC Radio, and KOAA-TV to use their name and likeness in support of this promotion without further compensation. In the case that a minor wins the contest, the parent or legal guardian will be requested to sign a talent release for any minor(s) involved should the above listed entities desire to use the minor(s) in a promotional capacity in support of the I-25 Speedway. If a rain-out occurs during the course of the races it will be at the sole discretion of White Brothers Motorsports to issue replacement tickets to the winners. KOAA-TV and KKFM/KATC Radio are not responsible for compensating winners in the case of rain outs. This contest is being managed/overseen by Midknight Video Productions.
